Hillwood and Goya Developments have launched Reading’s newest industrial scheme.
Hurricane Urban Hub in Headley Road East, Woodley comprises 10 units, ranging from 10,615 sq ft to 47,960 sq ft, in two buildings totalling 186,496 sq ft.
The scheme is designed to meet the needs of modern occupiers seeking sustainability, efficiency and accessibility.
The project achieved BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ ratings.
Harry Bevins, partner at joint agent, Haslams Surveyors, said: “Hurricane Urban Hub is coming to the market at an opportune time.
“With local supply having been constrained for so long, there has been a real need for high quality new-build stock, and Hurricane Urban Hub is first multi-let scheme out the gates, leading the roll out of new Reading industrial schemes coming to the market in 2026-27.
“The scheme couldn’t be better designed as it meets the strong desire amongst occupants for attractive client-facing warehousing with sustainable and green credentials, best-in-class specification and close connectivity to the UK’s major road network via J10 if the M4.
“Nestled amongst a range of local amenities and a skilled local workforce, we expect Hurricane Urban Hub to be in high demand and look forward to welcoming a range of new tenants in the coming months.”
Joint letting agents are Haslams Surveyors, DTRE and Hollis Hockley.
