Vail Williams has appointed James Little as senior surveyor in its valuations team at the firm’s Thames Valley office in Reading.
Mr Little, who joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, previously worked for the Valuation Office Agency for more than five years. He gained his BSc in real estate from the University College of Estate Management.
He said: “I am thrilled to be joining Vail Williams in the Thames Valley region and being part of such a go-ahead team in an area where there is a tremendous amount of commercial property activity.
“These are exciting times and I am aiming to play my full part in ensuring Vail Williams’ ongoing commitment to providing clients with a second-to-none service is fully achieved.
“I believe the experience I have gained from previous rating and valuation work, as well as presenting at valuation tribunals, will stand me in good stead as I strive to make a difference.”
