James Raven has left his role as chief executive of business park developer Arlington.
Brookfield Asset Management, which bought a 50 per cent stake in the Harwell Campus in March, acquired Arlington, headquartered at Arlington Business Park in Theale, in June.
Harwell Campus chief executive, Stuart Grant, has stepped in as executive chairman for Arlington and interim chief executive.
Arlington owns several key schemes in the Thames Valley including Oxford Business Park, Uxbridge Business Park, Reading International Logistics Park and part of Arlington Square at Bracknell. Arlington also owns Manbre Wharf at Hammersmith.
A spokesperson for Arlington said: “We can confirm that James Raven has stepped down as CEO of Arlington. We would like to thank James for his significant contributions over the past 20 years in building Arlington into one of the leading UK life sciences, technology, and innovation real estate platforms and for his support with Brookfield’s acquisition. We wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
Mr Raven is currently working self-employed with Covington Investments.
