Sarah Downes, Director of JLL Industrial recently tweeted positive new about the Heathrow Logistic Park.

US based freight forwarding company Jas International have signed up to Unit 1 Heathrow Logistics Park.  The unit comprising of 110,000 sq ft is the second from last vacant property on the estate.

Based at Bedfont Road, Heathrow the park contains four units. Unit 4 has been let to James Cargo and Unit 2 has been let to Airbase GSE. The site is minutes from many major trunk roads and good public transport connections.

The units are state of the art with many green credentials; photovoltaic panels as standard, solar water heating, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicle charging and a jogging park adjacent to the site.

Urban connectivity in a green belt setting – Heathrow Logistics Park is the premier distribution location, with one unit left for access to 300,000 businesses and 6.8 million households within 30 minutes.
