Bicester Motion has promoted Jonty Ashworth to development director.
Jonty joined Bicester Motion in 2018, originally as property project manager where he was responsible for closing out the final phases of its heritage quarter restoration projects.
He has since progressed to be responsible for the motor and aviation park’s strategic plan delivery which has planning consent for much further development including one million sq ft of new HQ workspace.

Jonty’s career started at Lend Lease on its graduate scheme. He progressed to consultant to advise BMW to deliver its first electric vehicle showroom in Park Lane and its UK head office in Farnborough.
He also worked at Ridge and provided masterplan support to Jaguar Land Rover on its Slovakia expansion and the regeneration of the RAF Museum in London. In 2020, he was awarded OxPropFest’s Young Property Person of the Year.
Daniel Geoghegan, chief executive officer, Bicester Motion, said: “Our warmest congratulations go to Jonty on his well-deserved promotion.
