Three out of eight homes have been reserved off-plan in Cambridge Investment Partnership’s (CIP) new scheme close to the city’s historic centre.

Sadler’s Yard, a boutique development by CIP, joint venture between Cambridge City Council and housebuilder The Hill Group, offers just eight exclusive detached and semi-detached three and four-bedroom properties in their own private road.

The gas-free homes feature honey-coloured stone brickwork, slate roofs, and stylish, black-framed windows and doors, with some homes showcasing sophisticated black weatherboarding.

Rebecca Littler, group sales & marketing director for The Hill Group said:: “These exclusive and premium residences are nestled in a peaceful and leafy setting within 15 minutes’ reach of everything the buzzing city of Cambridge has to offer.

“With three properties already reserved off-plan, homebuyers will need to act quickly to secure their dream home here.”
