Kelly Matthews promoted at Savills, Oxford

Kelly Matthews has been appointed head of Savills’ residential lettings team in Oxford.

She replaces Max Utting who left the firm at the end of 2019 to take a year out to travel.

Kelly has more than 14 years’ experience in the sector and has held a key role in the Savills’ Oxford team since she joined the business in 2013.

She said: “It is a privilege to take up the reins from Max, who has been a fantastic colleague over the years.
