​Kingston Planning Committee has unanimously approved the proposed development of light industrial buildings at Cox Lane, Chessington.
The proposal involves demolishing all existing buildings and the erection of new flexible industrial/logistics units, as well as all associated infrastructure works, access arrangements, parking, and hard and soft landscaping.
The replacement of the old buildings is expected to meet the new functional requirement for additional logistics space and enhance the surrounding environment for pedestrians and users.
This project’s developers are Coxlanepropco Limited and Batut Allied House Limited, and UMC Architects is handling the architectural design.
