Knight Frank has appointed Lucy Clifton as an associate in the new homes team, based at its Guildford office.
She will work with the wider team managing sales and marketing of new build developments around the South East.
The former sales manager at Bloor Homes and Millgate Developments will be involved in launching new sites to the market, including writing strategic launch plans, overseeing market research, undertaking competitor analysis and coordinating marketing plans. She will also manage existing sites.
