May 26, 2023, marked Lanpro Services 15-year anniversary of operating.

The multi-disciplinary consultancy of planners, designers and environment services took the occasion to get all of the team together in Cambridge at the Cambridge Union Society’s Debating Rooms on Bridge Street.

Lanpro, during its 15 years of operating, has had the benefits of seeing some great establishment in the market of planning and design (landscape architecture, urban design) and more recently has grown its environmental services (archaeology and heritage, impact assessment and arboriculture and ecology) having supported several National Significant Infrastructure Projects in solar and renewable energy.

The team took the occasion to celebrate key achievements over the last decade and more recently accolades such as being nominated as the Best Planning Consultant in the 2022 Eastern Echo Awards.

Members of the leadership team revealed to the team exciting new plans on a rebrand for the business and reflected on the fact in the last year Lanpro had increased its headcount by a further 20 per cent nationally to ensure momentum is kept up to support long-term client relationships.

Fraser Gamblin, head of people and talent at Lanpro said: “It’s crucial in our period of growth that we all come together and reflect on where we’ve been and what we’ve achieved but also look to an exciting future at Lanpro. People, their attributes and skillsets are crucial to our business, its success and the team create our unique proposition for clients, having everyone under one roof was fantastic for culture”.

In January 2023, the business opened new offices in London central and Cambridge to support with space and capacity for further growth.

With further propositions being added to the business including GIS, visualisation and growth in Environmental Impact Assessment there is a vast array of disciplines and skills to solve the full requirements of clients moving forward for the long term.
