Residents have until November 6 to comment on plans for 200 homes and a doctors’ surgery at Buntingford.
Taylor Wimpey’s plans for the scheme, which is being progressed in partnership with the Buntingford and Puckeridge Medical Practice (BPMP) for land north of Hare Street Road.
The housebuilder is working on a planning application to East Herts District Council and a drop-in has been arranged for Monday, October 30 from 2pm – 8pm at the Seth Ward Centre in Buntingford.
Subject to planning, work on the homes is planned to start in 2024. The homes will then be completed in phases between 2026 and 2030. The surgery, which will replace one in White Hart Close and will be double its size, is planned to be among the first completions in 2026.
