Lichfields is to double the size of its Thames Valley office.
The planning and development consultancy has been operating in the region for 10 years, the last five at Apex Reading.
Now the Thames Valley team, led by Dan Lampard, has agreed to take an office twice the size within the building.
Dan said: “We’re excited to move into a larger space as part of our continued growth.
“The new office reflects our expanding team and increasing client base and it marks an important milestone as we celebrate a very successful decade in the region.
“We’ve seen consistent growth over the past 10 years, not only in terms of headcount but also in the scale of the projects we’re involved in.
“With key appointments and senior strategic promotions, we look forward to continuing to support our clients with their ambitions and further growth.”
Changes to planning policy have created new avenues for Lichfields.
Dan added: “The updates to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) are creating opportunities for growth and innovation across the Thames Valley, particularly in housing, and also driving forward key infrastructure and regeneration projects that are reshaping the region.”
