Hargreaves Lansdown (HL), the financial services company, has signed a long-term lease for three floors at the Welcome Building, Bristol.
HL will take more than 90,000 sq ft across three floors, after the firm announced it is leaving its Bristol Harbourside office.
The deal is understood to be the ‘largest letting in Bristol city centre since the fourth quarter of 2019’.
The Bristol based financial services firm will join international law firm DAC Beachcroft and purpose-built student accommodation specialist Unite Students in the Temple Quays office.
Welcome Building was completed earlier this year and was delivered by a joint venture between developer Trammell Crow Company and EPISO 5, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners.
The building achieved EPC A and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding certification. It is also one of Bristol’s first all-electric office buildings, powered entirely by renewable energy.
