Plans have come forward to build a 144,000 sq ft office building in Bracknell.

Bracknell Regeneration Partnership has applied to Bracknell Forest Council to demolish 50,000 sq ft Fitzwilliam House in Skimped Hill Lane and replace it with a modern office building.

The proposed new seven storey building is designed to accommodate up to four occupiers per floor and include a canteen and two large roof terraces.

It will have 47 parking spaces and a further 165 within Skimped Hill Lane multi-storey car park.

The current building is only partially let. Occupiers include Jobcentre Plus and the NHS.

The project team includes shedkm as architect, DP9 for planning and WSP as transport consultant.
