Law firm Freeths has appointed Marcus Devanny as partner in its real estate team in Oxford.
Marcus, who joins from Shoosmiths, has more than 20 years’ experience, acting for institutional landlords, corporate investors and corporate occupiers, on disposals, acquisitions and lettings as well as providing property assistance on corporate transactions.
He has a particular focus on occupier clients, international asset management and landlord investment portfolios and routinely leads the delivery of high-profile, strategic real estate transactions, both nationally and internationally.
In another appointment from Shoosmiths, Becky Staunton has joined as senior associate.
