Plans for more than 300 homes in Woking have been revealed in two screening requests.
Martin Grant Homes has applied to Woking Borough Council to ask if environmental impact assessments are required for separate proposals for up to 162 and 147 homes at sites north of Saunders Lane in Mayford.
The applicant seeks permission to develop a 6.6-hectare site for the 162-home scheme and a 7.6-hectare site for the 147.
Both are agricultural sites on Green Belt land and both proposals include a 50 per cent proportion of affordable homes. The sites are either side of Mayford Village Hall.
Savills is planning consultant on both schemes.
