Savills has announced the promotion of residential sales director Natalie Howlett-Clarke to head of its Norwich office.
She takes over from Mark Little, who has led the team since 2020 and who will resume his role within Savills’ rural management division.
Natalie, who has been joint head of the residential team at Savills Norwich, specialises in the sale of prime city residences and period country properties.
She said: “It is a real privilege to take the next step and lead our exceptional team here in Norwich. Mark will be a hard act to follow – he has overseen growth of the business and guided us through the challenges of the pandemic with a calm head and a steady hand – and I’d like to thank him for all his hard work over the last three years.
“We have a very strong multi-discipline team covering the whole of Norfolk and north Suffolk and I’m excited to have an opportunity to shape this further with the support of the significant wealth of expertise we have across a diverse range of departments.”
Mark Little said: “It has been an absolute pleasure to be an ambassador for our Norwich office for the last three years. The success we’ve achieved is a direct result of the great team we have in place and – having worked with Natalie for a number of years – I know I leave the office in superb hands.
“I wish her a long and enjoyable tenure and I look forward to continuing my work within our rural team as we head into 2024.”
Richard Rees, managing director of Savills UK, said: “I would firstly like to thank Mark for his commitment and dedication during his tenure as head of Norwich and am very pleased that he will be continuing within the business. We are also delighted to welcome Natalie to her new role and look forward to watching the Norwich office thrive under her leadership.”
