Pergolux UK, which provides aluminium pergolas, has taken an 8,892 sq ft unit at Eyston Way Industrial Estate in Abingdon.
Carter Jonas and VSL & Partners secured the deal on behalf of landlord Canmoor.
Unit 11, a modern, mid-terrace unit, has been refurbished and includes two loading doors, a large loading area, space for car parking as well as a fitted first-floor office.
Michelle Tran, Pergolux UK country head, said: “Abingdon is an optimal location for warehouse and distribution facilities, due in large part to the proximity to nearby ports and transportation corridors.
“The pressure to add more facilities has increased as a result of Pergolux’s extensive international growth.
“Our co-operation with Canmoor will serve as a solid foundation for our expansion strategy, providing our potential customers with shorter lead time and better service.”
Adrian Chan, senior surveyor commercial, for Carter Jonas, said: “With established infrastructure links to Oxford, Reading and Swindon, Abingdon is an ideal place for occupiers, such as Pergolux, needing to fulfil client requirements from across the country.
“The unit has strong property fundamentals, and this, coupled with a lack of other quality space in the region, led to high levels of interest in the site being received. These factors enabled us to agree on strong market terms on behalf of our client.”
