A new agency will emerge in the new year, run by two familiar names from Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH).
LSH directors Tom Fletcher and Phil Hunter who specialise in office and industrial respectively, are to leave at Christmas and begin a new enterprise immediately after the break.
The new company will focus on agency, investment and development advice across industrial and office markets and is likely to be based in Reading.
Mr Fletcher, who has been with LSH for 17 years and Mr Hunter (18 years), have been involved in key deals in the Thames Valley.
Mr Hunter has advised on the SEGRO’s acquisition of the site for SEGRO Park, Bracknell and Kier’s funding of the Reading Gateway site with Aberdeen Asset Management.
Mr Fletcher advised on SSE’s move to One Forbury Place, Lincoln MGT’s acquisition of Station Hill and Boultbee Brooks’ comprehensive refurbishment of the White Building in Reading.
