New property group for Newbury West Berkshire

A property group has been established within the economic development company, Newbury West Berkshire (NWB).

NWB’s property group is one of 10 divisions (focus groups) within the organisation and will be chaired by Ian Young, director of YA Property.

The property group has a membership of around 11, representing wide-ranging skills operating across the region.

Mr Young said: “Our focus groups have been created to provide focused insight, expertise and action in tackling the challenges we face socially and economically.

“Each group will voice solutions, innovations and initiatives that will elevate Newbury West Berkshire’s local and regional economy, and create place and pride in the hearts and minds of people who work, live, visit and enjoy their stay.”

Two events are planned. On February 10 the West Berkshire Property Forum is at the Vineyard Hotel and, on March 17, Newbury Social, organised by UK Property Forums, is at 4 The Sector at Newbury Business Park. To attend Newbury Social, click here.
