A new concept in renting a home has been launched by T A Fisher’s serviced apartment division, House of Fisher (HoF).
HoF has developed hof Living, a way of making renting flexible to cater for those whose accommodation requirements may change, particularly amid the current uncertainties.
hof Living offers an all-in-one rent on leases as short as one month with deposits fixed at £500.
It is aimed at people who may not be able to commit to leases of six or 12 months because of possible changes of circumstances.
House of Fisher managing director Trine Oestergaard Stafford said: “‘We’re all getting used to living in a fast changing world with different dynamics at play, many of which are out of our control.
“Unsurprisingly, this has prompted a change in preferences especially in the housing market and we’ve responded by trying to adapt to this new world by introducing a more flexible rented model to meet a new growing market.”
hof Living is being made available at HoF’s studio, and one, two and three bedroom apartments in Reading, Newbury, Maidenhead, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Farnborough and Camberley.
