Barratt and David Wilson Homes has announced the launch of a new phase of homes at its Darwin Green development in Cambridge.

The next phase, set to launch this month (September), is set to bring over 323 new homes to the development. Homes will range from one to four bedrooms and encompass a variety of home styles which will appeal to a range of buyers.

The Lawrence Weaver Road development will be bringing an array of new amenities to the area including its very own ‘Central Park’ which will feature 15 acres of open space, and high-quality sports pitches.

Will Phair, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “Darwin Green has been a major success and a delight to watch grow from the very start. The community here is developing brilliantly and we’re excited to continue expanding this.

“The latest phase brings a range of properties to Darwin Green, which we know will attract a variety of homebuyers including first-time buyers, growing families and working professionals.”

The development is located only 1.6 miles away from the centre of the historic university city of Cambridge. The development has cycle and pedestrian-friendly routes to and from the development, to help with quick and easy access to Cambridge.

The development also has great commuter links for working professionals, including the ability to reach London Kings Cross from Cambridge by train in under an hour.
