Savills has welcomed back associate director Nick Stevenson to lead the valuations team in its Chelmsford office.
Working alongside colleagues in development services, Nick will provide valuation advice for residential and commercial clients across Essex, parts of Suffolk and North East London.
He will also be responsible for managing the Chelmsford valuations team and identifying opportunities for future growth.
Nick was part of the valuations team at Savills Chelmsford for seven years before joining the London valuations team at Allsop LLP for 18 months.
He said: “I’m delighted to be back at Savills. To lead the valuations team in Chelmsford is a fantastic opportunity and – having worked for the business previously – it’s an environment in which I’m confident I can drive future growth and build on existing service lines.
“Recent changes in Government policy mean it’s an important time for many businesses in the development sector and vital that they continue to receive market leading advice to help them make informed decisions in relation to latest market conditions.

The valuation team at Savills Chelmsford works with a variety of clients, from lenders and private individuals to corporate entities and developers. They team provides a range of services including valuations for loan security, tax planning, probate and financial reporting, as well as specialist advice for development land valuation.
