Orbit Homes is set to deliver 65 brand-new houses in Elmswell, Suffolk.
The development, built on the former Grampian Country Foods Site at St Edmund’s Drive, will comprise of 100 per cent affordable properties offering a range of social rent and shared ownership homes.
The scheme is set to receive funding from the Homes England Strategic Partnership Scheme for the delivery of affordable homes, with work commencing in April 2023 and scheduled for completion in October 2025.
