Little Houses Group, the UK’s leading group of London-focussed family clubs that bring leisure, lifestyle and childcare under one roof, has rebranded as OurHouse as it enters a new phase of growth, underpinned by investment from real estate funds managed by Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager.
As part of this next phase, OurHouse will, subject to planning, open three new clubs including Orly’s House in East Sheen, Olive’s House in Chiswick and Leo’s House in Clapham next year.
The portfolio represents a long-term, multi-million-pound investment in London. Each location will be developed within existing buildings in family-focused neighbourhoods with strong demographics, transforming underused commercial spaces into mixed-use destinations designed specifically for local families.
Since launching its first club in 2022, OurHouse has seen consistently strong demand with initial member allocations selling out in minutes and each club operating at high levels of utilisation through family programming, fitness, hospitality and events. Current locations include Jaego’s House in Kensal Rise and Jesse’s House in Parsons Green.
While London remains the current focus, OurHouse is assessing opportunities beyond the capital, targeting locations with strong residential fundamentals where its model can deliver a positive impact, including the potential creation of up to 130 local jobs per club.
Charlie Gardiner, founder of OurHouse, said: “Our vision from the start has been simple, to create spaces where families feel at home. We blend childcare, leisure and lifestyle to make everyday life easier, bringing under-used commercial spaces back to life as vibrant hubs local families can rely on and feel proud to belong too. With strong demand and a unique approach, OurHouse is redefining what a family club can be.”
James Seppala, head of European Real Estate at Blackstone, added: “In OurHouse we see a compelling, experience led leisure concept, led by founder Charlie, CEO Nick Crosthwaite, and an exceptionally strong management team that have driven and continue to drive its success. Leisure is a high conviction theme for us and we look forward to a long term partnership.”
