Awards Format
The OxProp Awards is targeted at projects, people, and places that are located across the county of Oxfordshire and will be judged by a panel with extensive experience and knowledge. For the sake of clarity, this covers the property sectors (office, industrial, retail, science and residential) located in the county of Oxfordshire. The Judges will be looking for submissions that cover the 12 months in 2024 but can cover a wider time frame if the gestation period has been over longer than 12 months. All submissions must also reflect the local market. Where possible site visits from the Judges will take place but this may not always be possible – note that full a list of the Terms & Conditions as listed on the individual submission forms.

- Friday, 30th May Closing date for submissionsÂ
- Monday, 30th June Shortlist published in The Forum and Thames Tap
- Thursday, 11th September OxProp Day Experience and Awards Evening
HOW TO ENTER
Evidence can be financial/numerical, including past awards or just your own carefully crafted words. However, it must all be wrapped up in a short document (two pages A4 text max, excluding images and supporting photos) with supporting hi-res photos, a hi-res logo (jpeg or eps) or video. You can nominate yourself and others. Please send additional information or large folders via WeTransfer to awards@ukpropertyforums.com
