Padrock, the industrial and logistics developer, has acquired a 17-acre site in Borehamwood with outline planning consent for a 245,000 sq ft urban multi-let industrial and logistics development.
The Hertfordshire-based scheme will deliver 13 units ranging between 10,500 and 130,000 sq ft, with an estimated gross development value of £120 million.
The site is located off Watford Road and is adjacent to Centennial Park.
M1 Agency, Lambert Smith Hampton and Simmons & Simmons advised on the transaction. JLL advised the vendors.
