Paragon Asra (PA) Housing has exchanged contracts with Fairview Homes on the former Homebase site in New Malden, Kingston . They will acquire a total of 69 homes (23 London Shared Ownership, 23 Affordable Rent, and 23 London Affordable Rent). Pellings and Penningtons were involved in making the deal happen.
Fairview acquired the site and have gained permission back in 2019 for almost 300 homes on this former brownfield site. The homes are expected to be ready from May 2021 and completed by 2023. The site will be developed into a stunning collection of 1,2 and 3 bedroom units. New Malden is a popular part of South West London and has everything you need for everyday living. Within walking distance will be shops, restaurants and independent cafes, as well as plenty of open green space
