Plans have been submitted to convert an office building in Bracknell into 53 homes under Permitted Development Rights.
On behalf of Barker Homes, Allen Planning has submitted prior approval plans to Bracknell Forerst Council to convert the 35,625 sq ft RSA House (formerly Bracknell Gate) in Western Road on the Western Industrial Estate.
Permission already exists to demolish the part-three, part-four storey building which opened in 2000, and replace it with a warehouse scheme. That permission, sought by Angle Property, which bought the site in 2022, was awarded last November.
The former home of cyber security firm RSA has 130 parking spaces and storage for 54 bikes.
