Permitted Development plans have been submitted to convert a Bracknell office building into 80 flats.

Colombia Bracknell has applied to Bracknell Forest Council to convert 55,000 sq ft Columbia (formerly Columbia House) in Station Road into a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments.

The building, opposite Bracknell railway station and close to the bus station, has been refurbished for office use and space is being marketed by Hollis Hockley and Fryer Commercial.

Under the conversion plans secure bike storage will be available in the lower ground floor.

The team on the project includes TTP Consulting on transport, Daniel Watney Partnership on planning and EPR Architects on design.
