Hillwood, a global commercial real estate company, has secured planning permission for Hillwood Park, a 284,575 sq ft industrial and logistics development in Luton.

Hillwood has 30 years of investment experience across Europe and North America. The Hillwood Park site in Luton is approximately 16 acres and will provide eight Grade A industrial and logistics units, each ranging between 14,000 and 80,000 sq ft.

Greg Dalton, development director at Hillwood, said: “We are delighted to have secured planning permission for Hillwood Park, a development that reflects both our long-term commitment to Luton and the continued demand for high-quality logistics and industrial space in the area. Hillwood Park will bring new jobs, new investment, and a new benchmark for modern, sustainable development in the region.”

Construction is expected to commence in March 2026 with initial occupation in January 2027. Glencar have been instructed to manage the build.
