Savills has announced a host of promotions across its offices in the East of England. 

In Cambridge there were 10 in total, including Will Brown who leads the property management team and was made a director.

Rebecca Close was made associate director in the building and project consultancy team, Jess O’Sullivan in residential development sales and Matthew Laidman in planning.

Meanwhile Edward King was promoted to associate in the Savills Earth team, as well as Louise Welchman in lettings. Molly Eyles was made a senior surveyor in the development team.

In Norfolk, Edward Fitzalan-Howard was promoted to director in the rural team, while Joshua Spink was made associate director.

In Essex, Emma South was promoted to associate director in the Chelmsford office residential development sales team, while Tom Higgins was made an associate in the development team, Hattie Hemmings an associate in the rural team and Parvinder Besely an associate in the residential sales team.

In Suffolk, Lucy Stanford was promoted to associate in the property management team as part of Savills Place in Ipswich.

In Peterborough, Ed Gee has been promoted to director in the commercial agency team and Alex Burr and Lewis Atton have become associates in the global occupier services team. Meanwhile, Leanne Elliott has been promoted to associate in the rural management hub.
