The first release of the final phase of 33 homes at the Church Farm development in Radley, Oxfordshire has been announced by Pye Homes.
The developer says the release offers one of the last chances to be part of a unique sustainable Oxfordshire community.
A striking three-bedroom semi-detached show home opened to coincide with the new release. The homes are due to be completed in March 2026.
The listings include The Hawley (three-bedroom detached); The Portman (three-bedroom semi-detached); The Palmer (three-bedroom mid terrace); The Seaford (four-bedroom detached) and The Nairne (three-bedroom semi-detached). Prices among this release start at £490,000.
The development combines sustainable living with traditional materials and contemporary design. Special features include:
- In-roof PV solar panels
- EV car charging access
- Air source heat pumps
- Underfloor heating
- Every Church Farm home has been built to accommodate a wheelchair
- 25 per cent of the scheme will be ‘multi-functional green space’
- Existing walking routes upgraded to become walk and cycle ways
- Hedgehog highways in some gardens
Roger File, managing director of real estate for Pye Homes, said: “At Pye Homes we’ve been creating new communities for over 90 years, but never before have we built something like Church Farm – it’s a truly special place.
“We are passionate about building homes with a sense of community, and which bring together contemporary design and the latest environmental features – these new homes deliver all of that and more.”
