Pye Homes has kicked off its latest development in Freeland, Oxfordshire, by sponsoring the local boys football team, who are already celebrating reaching a cup final this season.

The housebuilder kitted out the Freeland FC team with a set of smart and practical jackets to keep the boys dry and warm, both in training and on match days.

At Freeland, Blenheim Estate Homes is planning up to 65 new homes at the landscape-led development off Wroslyn Road, north east of Witney, nestled into multifunctional open spaces designed for food production and play, with walking routes connected to the existing street network in the village.

Karis McMahon-Lane, Marketing Manager at Pye Homes and Blenheim Estate Homes, commented: “We consider ourselves not just a housebuilder but custodians of the local community, supporting people and organisations in the area close to Blenheim Palace. It’s great to see the boys looking so smart in their new jackets; with all of the rain we’ve had of late, they’ve certainly been getting plenty of use!”
