Pye Homes have opened a show home in Welborne Garden Village, offering visitors the chance to view the property, by appointment only.
As well as a tour of the show home, visitors can also visit the Welbourne Welcome Centre, which features interactive experiences that will inform on the overall scheme.
The development will feature private gardens and terraces, energy-efficient technology, NHBC warranties, and green spaces, such as easy access to Dashwood Forest.
Pye Homes is one of three housebuilders at Welborne Garden Village, which has been designed by the Buckland Group. Welborne is designed to be a sustainable, future-proof community with a range of homes from one to five-bedroom properties, alongside amenities including shops, a pub/hotel, and a doctor’s surgery.
The new community is expected to be one of the largest private housing developments of its kind in the UK.
Design
Pye Homes has collaborated with a number of designers at Welborne, including Phoenix Interior Design, and Blocc Interiors, the latter of which has been responsible for the design of the customer lounge.

Danielle Simpson, sales director at Pye Homes, said: “Welborne Garden Village is a landmark development in every sense of the word, and so our show home and sales office needed to both reflect the look, feel and ethos of both the project itself and the beautiful and varied surroundings.
“We feel that we’ve done just that, thanks in large part to our two design companies and the fantastic suppliers we have used.
“We can’t wait to welcome visitors to see Welborne for themselves.”
Susan White, managing director at Phoenix Interior Design, said: “With the proximity to the coastal and village life, we created spaces that felt relaxed and welcoming.
“We have designed spaces that showcase flexible living, reflecting family development and growth in a home for life.
“The houses are uniquely aspirational, showcasing vignettes which explore quirky individualism. We used upcycled furniture, recycled fabrics and supported local businesses, resulting in memorable, achievable spaces whilst providing an enjoyable customer experience.”
Karl Openshaw, creative director at Blocc Interiors, said: “Our vision was to design a welcoming, reassuring environment that reflects the warmth and lifestyle inherent with Pye Homes, while seamlessly functioning as a professional sales space.
“Every detail was carefully considered, quality, authenticity, and a deep understanding of how people want to live.
“Blocc Interiors thrives on collaboration, and working alongside the Pye Homes team, with their openness to innovation and shared ambition to elevate every space, allows us to continually push creative boundaries and deliver environments that truly stand apart.”
