Property professionals will hear from council and private sector experts about the Buckinghamshire property market at a networking lunch at Wycombe Wanderers FC this week.

And the football club will join us at the lunch, to be held in the Legends Lounge overlooking the pitch at Adams Park, to discuss its place in the development world.

The club has long been working on securing new access to the stadium in order to allow it to increase capacity.

Planning, politics, devolution and development affecting the county are all up for discussion at the event, UKPropSocial Wycombe on Wednesday, February 26.

Speakers include:

  • Darran Eggleton, head of planning policy, Buckinghamshire Council
  • Nadeem Ahmed, senior commercial lawyer, Blaser Mills
  • Joanna Kearvell, director, Chandler Garvey
  • Ben Brown, senior commercial executive, Wycombe Wanderers

There will also be a Q&A session for delegates.

UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle, who will moderate the discussion, said: “We have an exceptional line up for this event and will be discussing really significant issues, both local and national.

“The venue is also quite superb and it ties in very well with the subject of development in the county. It is a rare chance to meet key figures in the county’s property development market.”

Tours of the stadium will available at the end of the lunch.

The event runs from 12.15pm to 2.30pm.
