Reading Social returns to Winnersh Triangle for another successful UK Prop Social event.
Charlie Nicholson, partner at Vail Williams which acts for Frasers, told around 75 guests the meeting, held in Building 1010, the landlord is seeking to drive a mixed offer at Winnersh to help occupiers attract staff.
He said: “The Elizabeth Line will help and expand the impact of Reading and the catchment for business parks such as Winnersh Triangle and there is a massive amount of demand coming through.”
Winnersh Triangle is owned by Frasers Property UK, the largest business park operator in the Thames Valley. They recently purchased Bedfont Park and already own Chineham Park in Basingstoke, Farnborough Business Park, Maxis in Bracknell and Watchmoor Park in Camberley.
Harrison Clark Rickerbys associate, Tarnjeet Rehal won the prize draw at the event.
