Bidwells has promoted Sam Potts to head of its Oxford office.

He has specialised in creating workspaces for science, research and technology businesses. His work has spanned university spin-outs, research-led occupiers and growing innovation businesses, particularly across Oxford and the wider growth corridor.

In the new strategic role, Sam will aim to bridge the gap between local market intelligence and the Bidwells’ strategic objectives.

He said: “Oxford continues to be synonymous with science and innovation excellence, and that reputation brings evolving demands for the buildings and places that support growth.

“I am proud to be leading our Oxford office and building on the brilliant work the team delivers every day for occupiers, investors and institutions across the region.

“My focus is on helping clients create workspaces that perform, adapt and support the great minds responsible for such an innovative part of the country.”
