Savills, the property agent, has appointed Daniel Howell as sales manager in the firm’s Norwich office.
As part of the residential development sales team, Dan will be responsible for guiding buyers through the sales process and advising housebuilders on how to best market their homes.
Dan said: “I’m excited to be joining Savills and to work alongside a very experienced team with a strong track record. I have lived in Norfolk all my life and the county’s property market is one I know well.
“I’m thrilled to be taking this next step in my career – further expanding my industry knowledge and using my experience to ensure new and existing clients can make the most of the opportunities ahead.
“Buyer confidence, mortgage rates and availability have all seen improvements compared to where they were a year ago and – despite some ongoing headwinds – demand for new build homes continues to be strong.”
Dan joins from Hammond & Stratford, an independent estate agent in Attelborough, where he spent four years – most recently as assistant manager.
Tom Amis, who leads the new homes department at Savills in Norfolk, added: “I’m delighted to welcome Dan on board. His knowledge of the local property market will be a real asset, reflecting our continued commitment to strengthening our teams and further enhancing our capacity to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
