Savills, the real estate advisor, has announced a number of promotions across its teams in the East of England.
In Cambridge, Oliver Carr (pictured above left), who is part of the firm’s rural agency team and leads the rural department across Cambridgeshire, has been made a director. Meanwhile, Dave Morton in the property management team has been promoted to associate director and Ross Hemmings in the business space team to associate. Nathan Rose has been made a senior planner.
Tom Fraser, head of office at Savills Cambridge, said: “The strength of our business is reflected in the continued progression and development of our staff, and I would like to extend my congratulations to everyone who has been recognised.
“They have all worked exceptionally hard to deliver an excellent service and have played a key role in the ongoing success of their respective teams.”
In Essex, Ben Sinclair (pictured above centre), who leads the development team in Chelmsford, has been promoted to director, while colleague Jake Twitchett has been made a senior surveyor.
Karl Manning, head of office at Savills Chelmsford, said: “A big congratulations to everyone on their well-deserved promotions. Their hard work and dedication have not only contributed to the overall success of their departments but has also been to the benefit of colleagues and clients alike.”
In Norfolk, Chana Bush has been made an associate director in the new homes team, while in Suffolk Tamsin Fairley has been promoted to associate in the rural management team. Lauren Mansfield has also become an associate in the property management team at Savills Place, which has offices in Woodbridge Road in Ipswich.
Natalie Howlett-Clarke, head of office at Savills in Norfolk, said: “It is a pleasure to make this announcement. Chana consistently delivers an excellent service to our clients and has a played a key role in the continued success of her team.”
Elsewhere, Andy Toogood (pictured above right), who leads the new homes team for Savills across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, has been promoted to director, and his colleague, Anna Horne, to associate.
