Savills has appointed Daniel Spratley as new head of residential lettings for its offices in Beaconsfield and Amersham.
He has more than 10 years’ experience in the rental sector, including with the lettings team at Savills Beaconsfield. In London he has worked for Strutt and Parker, John Wilcox and Co and R Whitley and Co.
More recently he has spent two and a half years with the residential sales team at Savills Beaconsfield.
Daniel said: “It is a real privilege to take the next step and to lead our teams in Beaconsfield and Amersham.
“The rental market in South Bucks continues to be very active – with strong demand in particular for family homes close to lots of amenities and within a short distance of train services into London.
“We are fortunate to have a very strong team covering the whole of South Bucks and I’m excited to have an opportunity to shape this further.”
