Savills, has appointed chartered town planner David Bainbridge as a director in its planning division in Oxford.
Mr Bainbridge, who has experience in strategic residential and mixed-use development, was previously at Bidwells for 15 years, where he was a partner.
Prior to that, he worked for seven years in local government in Milton Keynes, Northampton and East Cambridgeshire.

Mr Bainbridge will focus on work within the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.
