Savills has appointed Ashley Gale as associate director to its residential development sales team in Cambridge.
Ashley will be responsible for advising housebuilders on marketing strategy and the sales process.
He said: “I’m very excited to take this next step in my career – working in what is already a very experienced team, expanding my industry knowledge and collaborating with colleagues across the eastern region.
“The government’s housebuilding targets mean it’s an interesting time for the new build sector and I’m looking forward to using my experience to help drive future growth and ensure new and existing clients can make the most of the opportunities ahead.”
Ashley has more than 20 years of experience and joins from Hopkins Homes, having previously held positions at Weston Homes.
