Savills, representing FI Real Estate Management, has finalised two office lettings at Lynch Wood Park in Peterborough. The new tenants are Circle Select and Open Family.
Circle Select, a recruitment consultancy, will be moving into a 5,000 sq ft space on the ground floor of the Fountain Suite. This agreement is for a 5-year term.
In a similar vein, Open Family, a financial services provider, has leased a 5,200 sq ft space on the ground floor of the Nene Building, also for 5 years.
Lynch Wood Park is known for its grade A office spaces and includes amenities like a gym, an on-site restaurant, and a conference room. The park also offers car parking and EV charging points.
Located near Peterborough’s city centre, Lynch Wood Park is conveniently accessible from the A1 and A47 roads.
