Savills has bolstered its residential sales team in Rickmansworth with the appointment of associate director Rozanne Edwards, formerly of Strutt & Parker.

Rozanne brings 20 years of experience in residential sales, having operated across the St Albans city and Hertfordshire country markets. At Strutt & Parker, she specialised in selling a diverse range of properties, including historic houses, new builds, character cottages, and large family homes.

In her new role, Rozanne will collaborate with head of office Steven Spencer, residential sales director Sue Trybus, and negotiator James Pettit.

Commenting on her appointment, Rozanne said, “Savills has a strong network of offices in Hertfordshire and I’m excited to join what is already a very experienced and successful team.

“Having lived and worked in the area for several years I know Rickmansworth and its surrounding villages well, while I also went to school at Abbots Hill in Kings Langley. It’s a very robust housing market and we are looking forward to a busy summer, with lots of exciting new instructions in the pipeline.

“The office has an accomplished track record and I want to continue to build on that success – working together with others and using my own experiences to help drive future growth and provide the best possible service for our clients.”

Steven Spencer, head of the Rickmansworth office, added, I know Rozanne well having worked with her previously in another role and I’m delighted to welcome her into the fold. She fits our team dynamic brilliantly and her skill sets and expertise will undoubtedly help to further strengthen our capacity and ensure we continue to offer exceptional service to our clients.“

This appointment is set to enhance Savills’ presence and service quality in the Hertfordshire residential market, leveraging Rozanne’s local knowledge and industry experience.
