Savills is relocating its Bristol office into larger space to enable further expansion.
The international real estate advisor has signed a new lease with landlord and developer V7 to occupy the entirety of Dock House, located on Welsh Back, totalling around 12,000 sq ft.
Savills will relocate from its current premises on Queens Avenue and move into Dock House on November 3.
The comprehensively refurbished property, which overlooks The Floating Harbour, provides high-quality office space across the ground and two upper floors.
Widely regarded as one of the city’s most prestigious office buildings, Dock House was previously occupied by office fit-out company Paramount, which entered administration in July last year.

Paddy Hales, head of Savills Bristol, said: “Our workplace is a reflection of our culture, ambition, and the calibre of talent we aim to attract and retain.
“Relocating to Dock House will assist us in our continued targets for growth of our excellent Bristol based service lines.
“The building’s quality, sustainability credentials, and central location make it an ideal environment for our team, and we’re excited to be moving into a space that supports both collaboration and innovation.”
Law firm Burges Salmon advised Savills on the relocation.
Richard Clark, partner at Burges Salmon, said: “We are delighted to have supported Savills on securing a future-proofed space for its Bristol team at Dock House.
The transaction involved navigating intricate title issues and required careful coordination to align with the landlord’s renovation programme.
It’s fantastic to see Savills move into a building that reflects its ambitions and provides the flexibility needed for continued growth.”
