Plans for 121 homes and a care home, already refused by one council, look set to be refused by another.

Oxford City Council’s planning committee will consider an application by Cilldara Group on Tuesday, May 21, to develop a 7.16-hectare site at Bayswater Farm in Bayswater Farm Road, Headington.

However, the vast majority of the scheme is in South Oxfordshire and its district council has already refused the plan, citing 10 reasons.

The agenda to Tuesday’s meeting reveals five reasons for Oxford City Council to refuse the plan, including access issues, lack of a highways assessment, insufficient walking and cycling, lack of s106 agreement and loss of trees.
