Savills, on behalf of Canal & River Trust, has secured a letting at Titan Drive in Fengate, Peterborough to retail lighting specialist Shoplight.
Shoplight, already based in Unit 5 on the estate, has taken additional space in Unit 4 totalling 4,487 sq ft for five years expiring in July 2029. The unit includes an electric loading door, three-phase electricity and first floor office space. There is car parking to the front of the unit.
Titan Drive is a development of 17 commercial units in close proximity to Peterborough’s city centre. Nearby occupiers include Perkins Engines, ToolStation and Car Store.

Situated in the Eastern industry employment area of Peterborough, Titan Drive is one of Peterborough’s most popular trade counter schemes.”
