The shortlist of hopefuls for this year’s OxPropFest Awards has been announced.
A total of 34 entries made it onto the list in 10 of the award categories while three further categories will remain closely-guarded secrets until they are announced at the black tie awards evening on September 12 at Keble College, Oxford.
Since entries closed for this year’s event on May 5, the sixth since they were launched in 2018, judges visited schemes and then met to debate them (see image).
UK Property Forums managing director Matthew Battle said: “It was another big year for the OxProp Awards and this year there were some exceptional developments and exceptional people.
“It seems that people have emerged from the pandemic, determined to do their very best to bring quality to the county. In an unpredictable market we are seeing quality and innovation in so many areas that it makes the future look very positive for our industry.”
