A three-bedroom, detached show home has opened at Bellway’s Yellow Fields development in Wantage.

The Mason is part of Bellway’s premium Artisan Collection which seeks to showcase the best of modern home design and has been tailored to suit today’s homebuyer.

In addition, Bellway is currently offering an incentive deal where homeowners will receive savings of up to £12,000 on their mortgage for a year.

The show home’s interior design scheme, created by Show Business Interiors, focuses on a bright open-plan layout of the home as well as the cosy spaces.

Katy Moore, marketing executive at Show Business Interiors, said: “The Mason is a great example of the idyllic family setting.

“It was important for us to recreate a space where the family can not only relax, but also accommodate the fine balance between work, family, and social life.

“Throughout the home, our designers utilised green and warm neutrals as well as textured furnishings to evoke a serene, comfortable sensation throughout the home.

“Fluted and boucle textures are just some of the interior design trends which we see emerging in 2023, along with the permanence of multi-functional spaces. The bedrooms were designed with style and comfort in mind, minimalistic artwork, planters to add vitality, and warm lighting.

“When designing the children’s room, we wanted the room to be fun, engaging and above all, memorable. We hope the jungle theme sparks the child’s imagination.”

On the ground floor the Mason has a kitchen, family and dining area, the focal point of the home, designed as a place of entertainment or hub of day-to-day life.

The kitchen has an integrated single oven, gas hob, and cooker hood, soft close units and space for a fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.

“French doors open onto the private rear garden and flood the space with light whilst the luxurious living room is dual aspect and overlooks the landscaped front garden.

On the first floor, the main bedroom has a sleek en-suite with shower, while the two remaining bedrooms share the family bathroom.

Both bathrooms have Bristan chrome brassware, Roca sanitaryware, and tiling to the walls.

Yellow Fields is part of the wider redevelopment of Kingsgrove, a development of one to five-bedroom homes.

Emma Jones, sales director at Bellway, said: “Following the success of Yellow Fields since its launch in October, we are delighted to have opened the doors to our new show home and invite prospective buyers to view the fantastic product we have on offer.

“We are so proud of Yellow Fields and The Artisan Collection, so by merging the two, alongside the expertise of Show Business Interiors, we have created a truly unique show home, already attracting a flurry of visitors.”

Prices at Yellow Fields start from £195,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
